WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Global Markets is the area within SCIB that is responsible for offering risk management solutions, investment products and execution services to a wide range of clients, including Corporates, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors and Individuals.

Within Global Markets there are multi-faceted roles which involve good technical and quantitative skills, understanding of Market´s products and the use of such knowledge to find solutions tailored to individual client needs.

As a Risk Solutions Group Sales, you will work in our different products (Rates, Fx, Securities Finance and Commodities) from simple derivatives to complex ad-hoc solutions involving capital, liquidity & credit exposure knowledge.

We expect you to be articulate, highly motivated, with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit and vocation to grow SCIB’s Markets Corporate & Financial Sponsors franchise.  We are looking for analytical profiles that enjoy steep learning curves, are curious, work well in teams and have high attention to detail.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Development of tailor-made solutions and products for our most sophisticated corporate and financial sponsor clients, with the objective of helping clients grow the franchise by actively participating in the process of idea creation, committee approval and market execution.Production and presentation of treasury solutions, ideas generation / production of pitches considering market, legal, tax and accounting aspectsSupport sales team in: pricing support, content production, client management informationWork with the trading, structuring and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling client requests for market updates, executing client orders and providing clients with specific informationMonitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting client risk profilesDevelop tools and dashboards to enhance internal analytics and reporting capabilities

EXPERIENCE

3–7 years of minimum experience in a financial institution, ideally in front office financial risk management, structuring, or capital marketsPreference for Quantitative/Finance/Macroeconomics Bachelor and Master’s degrees (but not excluding other backgrounds)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Language: Native Italian, Proficiency EnglishStrong quantitative and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySolid understanding of derivatives and financial risk metricsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools necessary; desirable experience with pricing tools, Bloomberg, and/or internal risk systems and programming, python & SQL
