**Join our Wholesale Credit Risk team as a Risk Reporting Senior Analyst!** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Wholesale Credit Risk Monitoring & Reporting team within the DART Organization (Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting and Technology). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the management of Wholesale Credit Risk pools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of wholesale exposures. **Responsibilities** :
+ Perform Risk Management activities within the Monitoring and Reporting function, focusing on the Industry and Real Estate risk pools within the Wholesale Credit Risk area.
+ Conduct root cause analysis for limit breaches to Stress Loss and Credit Exposure metrics, identifying key drivers and recommending excess category.
+ Own and maintain key risk reports, ensuring compliance with internal standards, operating guidelines for reporting of wholesale credit exposures.
+ Manage and maintain data integrity, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
+ Report on the status of Corrective Action Plans and Issues to senior management and regulatory bodies.
+ Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported data.
+ Proactively identify and report data quality issues, including Operational Errors and Technology Errors, within the Risk and Control framework.
+ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, primarily in Warsaw and Mumbai.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
+ Collaborate effectively with various teams, including Institutional Client Management, Portfolio Management Group, Technology, and Credit Risk Managers.
+ Explore and apply generative AI solutions to enhance risk reporting and monitoring processes.
**Qualifications** :
+ 5-8 years of experience.
+ Advanced quantitative/analytical skills.
+ Proven experience in risk management, reporting, or data analysis, preferably within the banks or financial services industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Knowledge of credit risk management measurements (VaR, PD, Obligor Ratings) and credit risk mitigation techniques.
+ Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools, indicating a progression in technical skills.
+ Knowledge of stress testing concept.
+ Enhanced ability to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization.
+ Clear and concise communication (verbal, written, and visual) and effective relational skills.
+ Experience with generative AI applications is a plus.

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$70,080.00 - $105,120.00
