PwC Taiwan is looking for a Manager/Senior associate to support our Advisory Department in the area of Risk and Quality Management.A career in Advisory Risk and Quality Management will provide you with the opportunity to foster integrity-based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals in Consulting and Deals. You’ll play an important role in implementing and improving Advisory protocols, so that we can continue to provide the highest quality services to our current and prospective clients. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitoring risks related to Advisory work and developing/ implementing risk mitigation procedures.Promoting adherence to existing and implementing new PwC Network policies,principles and standards for Advisory engagements.Educating Advisory professionals in the area of Risk and Quality.Providing daily advice and consultation to business teams to ensure compliance with PwC Network policies, principles and standards in client / engagement acceptance,contracting, project delivery, reporting and documentation as well as in management of sub-contractors.Providing first-line support on Advisory R&Q databases, reporting and documentation tools.Planning and conducting Advisory compliance testing and coordinating quality assurance programs, interpreting results and suggesting improvements to Risk and Quality protocols.Collaborating with other Lines of Services, Regional and Global Network R&Q and Compliance units.Reporting Advisory Risk and Quality status of PwC Taiwan to Advisory and Territory Leadership as well as to Territory, Regional and Global Network R&Q and Compliance units.
