Risk Manager

Ford Credit, a leading provider of automotive financing solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Risk Manager to join our team in France. 

This is a critical leadership role where you’ll shape and embed risk management strategy, drive compliance, and foster a strong risk culture across the organisation. 

The minimum requirements we seek:

5–10 years’ experience in a senior risk role within financial servicesStrong expertise across multiple risk types (credit, operational, residual value, etc.)Proven success in developing and implementing risk frameworksExcellent communication skills in French and EnglishA collaborative leader who can influence across departments and geographiesAbility to simplify complex risk concepts for diverse audiences 

Our preferred requirements:

Experience in the automotive finance industryBackground in a global organisationDegree educatedOngoing commitment to compliance training and fitness & propriety standards
