Risk Management Lead

NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Risk Management Lead in Athens with a strong background in business analysis, reporting, software delivery, and release management to join our IT Service Management team and to work with our clients in the European public sector.

Your role:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks across the organization.  Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize identified risks.  Continuously monitor risk exposure and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders on risk status and trends.  Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.  Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about risk management practices and their roles in mitigating risks.  Collaborate with crisis management teams to develop and implement response plans for potential crises.  Work closely with various departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all business processes and decision-making.  Regularly review and update risk management processes and tools based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and organizational needs.

Your profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC). 7+ years of experience in IT project/programme management. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programmes. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, SAFe). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, and ERM (Enterprise Risk Management). Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative risk assessment techniques. You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
