Join Elia Belgium, a key player in Europe’s energy transition, supporting sustainable and reliable electricity infrastructure. You'll work within the P2MO department of the Infrastructure division, contributing to project management maturity and excellence.
 
 Main Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the Risk Management Plan Organize and lead risk management meetings Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk logs Perform Monte Carlo simulations for cost and planning analysis Support project teams with risk management expertise Audit EPC contractors' risk processes Continuously improve methodologies  
 Requirements: University degree (technical/economical) Strong project management skills (PMI/PMBOK knowledge is a plus) Expertise in risk management tools and techniques Experience with large infrastructure and high-voltage transmission projects is a plus Fluent in Dutch and French; good English skills Proactive communicator and team player
