🔍 What You’ll Do
+ Coordinate shipping requests tied to insurance documentation and claims.
+ Keep the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) accurate and up to date.
+ Assist with key insurance projects, including:
+ Reviewing lease requirements
+ Managing certificates of insurance
+ Gathering and organizing renewal data
+ Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and reduce risk exposure.
+ Use Excel and Smartsheets to track data, generate reports, and support project workflows.

+ A customer-first mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Familiarity with:
+ Insurance coverage placement
+ Contract review and compliance
+ Claims and recovery processes
+ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Smartsheets for data analysis and reporting.
🎓 Qualifications
+ High school diploma required; higher education may substitute for experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or finance.
+ Industry experience in insurance preferred; DOD experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.61/hr.
