Risk Management Coordinator
What Will You Do?
The Risk Management Coordinator administratively supports Ashley's enterprise risk management program through coordinating commercial property & casualty insurance collecting and gathering of risk exposure data, organizing and reviewing insurance policy application renewal submissions, and maintaining files, records, and data in various risk management information systems. This position is critical in ensuring proper risk transfer, compliance monitoring, and documentation management across the organization.
Job Duties:
• Manage and process certificates of insurance (COIs)
• Coordinate risk control surveys and track recommendations
• Support P&C insurance application/submission processes
• Administer insurance premium and claims billing
• Update insurance coverage for acquisitions/divestitures
• Monitor surety bond program
• Maintain risk management documentation library
• Insurance Renewal Support
• Financial Administration
• Documentation Management
• Surety Bond Administration
• Certificate of Insurance Management
• Risk Control Coordination
• Asset Management
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience
· 2-4 years in insurance or risk management
· Database management experience
· Process coordination background
· Above average computer skills include proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
