About the Role: You will be responsible for analyzing the commodity portfolio with focus on region Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). As a Risk Management Analyst, you will perform daily monitoring of the risk position, while considering volumes, FX and prices. Collaboration skills with Sourcing, Pricing and IM/IT will be required. Monthly fair valuation of the CEE portfolio is one of the key responsibilities, including regular partnering with Group Accounting. The role will also assist on some Western Europe (WE) activities, eg. analysis on inventory valuation, pricelist monitoring, certification audits and projects. The candidate should continuously look into process improvements and analytics enhancements. Key Responsibilities: + Supporting Sourcing and Financial Business Partners on the unrealized commodity results; + Analyzing and reporting raw material position moves from physical contracting, derivative hedging and processing; + Special monitoring of the pricelist business and the biggest customers; + Fair valuation of the CEE portfolio, including sense checks and driver analysis of valuation movements; + Provision of meaningful, consistent and comparable analytics and reports, actively collaborating with business stakeholders to help corrective actions; + Support ad-hoc analysis for new sourcing initiatives, provide support information from relevant data sets for taking decisions; + Collaborate in a matrix organization with Risk, FP&A, Sourcing, Pricing, Accounting and IM/IT department; + Best practice sharing and efficiency improvement of analytics and reporting processes; + Continuous improvement on the scope of the role. About You: + 5+ years finance experience ideally developed in physical soft commodities trading / food processing industry; + Higher education: Master in ideally Finance; + Strong analytical skills supported by Excel, SAP, BW/BO, Power BI/Query/Pivot capabilities; + Detail oriented - ability to manage big datasets and ensure accuracy of reports is a key consideration for this position; + Strong communication and collaboration skills; + IFRS knowledge is a plus.
