The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Policy renewals and underwriting (data gathering) for Lennar Insurance Programs.

Tracking of all Policies, Endorsements and Certificates of Insurance.

Manage Lennar’s Auto Policy Renewals (i.e. automobiles, golf carts owned by Lennar).

Collaborate with divisions on completion of required applications for all clubhouses and marinas policy renewals.

Assist with tracking renewal dates for all policies (over 300) to identify potential policy extensions as well as renewals.

Assist with General Liability and Excess Liability carrier audits of claim files and provide any information requested from within Lennar or outside sources.

Assist in reporting General Liability claims to Third Party Claims Administrator as requested.

Complete and file OSHA Surveys with the US Department of Labor and Statistics for each state for prior year OSHA reporting.

Manage Workers’ Compensation quarterly reporting for monopolistic states.

Assist with the handling of workers’ compensation as needed.

Assist with gathering data required for quarterly actuarial analysis.

Pull monthly loss reports from Third Party Claims Administrator’s claim systems.

Assist in the development of risk management policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant risk management experience or education is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
