The Opportunity:
 

CACI is searching for a Risk & insurance Analyst to join our Corporate Risk & Insurance team. As a Risk & Insurance Analyst, you will assist in all areas of the departmental functions. You will provide support by developing a thorough understanding of the risk exposures, risk transfer, and claims handling.

Think position is remote from home with occasional trips to our Reston office.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate cross-functionally across the organization and interface with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure prompt and accurate insurance underwriting data and renewal process.Maintains insurance exposure data in Risk Management Information System (RMIS) database: vehicles, property information, etc.Handle all aspects of Workers Compensation, Defense Base Act, and Automobile claims in reporting, updating, and serve as CACI point of contact for employees and claims adjusters Processes Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests with outside broker in support of leases, contracts, proposals/bids and other company activities.
Assist in the corporate insurance program renewal.Other duties and projects as assigned by the Executive Director of Risk & Insurance.


Qualifications:

Required: 

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience2+ years of professional experience, with insurance knowledgeExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointInternal and external customer service experience with ability to communicate proficiently orally and in writing to multiple audiences and organizationsHeavy administrative and organizational skills – must be detail oriented and comfortable working independently.Time management skills – must be flexible and can multi-task handling a variety of tasks simultaneously


Desired:

Workers Compensation and auto liability claims experienceExperience with contract review of scope of work, risk review, and risk transferExperience with RMIS SystemFamiliar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR clause)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
