Mercer is seeking candidates for the position of Risk Culture & Engagement Leader.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer team as the Risk Culture & Engagement Leader. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy across the Pacific region. You will engage, align, and inspire colleagues with our vision and business strategy, focusing on enhancing our risk culture.
We will count on you to:
Initiate, structure, and mobilize the Pacific Region Risk Culture uplift plan, partnering with key leaders to drive engagement and positive change.
Oversee risk culture pulse survey data collection and ensure insights are utilized to inform action plans across the organization.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute communication strategies for large-scale transformation and change projects.
What you need to have:
A relevant business degree and at least five years of experience in a people management role, preferably within financial services or a global matrixed organization.
Proven experience in internal communications and driving culture change, with a track record of planning and delivering effective communication campaigns.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead by influence.
