Risk Consultant - Performance & Compensation
Job Description A global banking company is looking to hire a Risk Consultant to join their ERM Transformation/Reputational Risk team. This role will play a specific and critical role in the analysis of the risks associated with executive compensation. To be successful in this role, candidates must have substantial experience analyzing sensitive data at a large organization in Excel. This will include a mastering of macros and V-lookups. Candidates should expect the daily responsibility of consolidating and storytelling of data to draw conclusions towards key decisions. Storytelling data will often be done through creating PowerPoint presentations to be presented to senior-level leaders. This role will require an agile, team-oriented thinker who can move between projects with ease and has a curiosity about the greater impact of the team and it's mission.
