Job Description
A global banking company is looking to hire a Risk Consultant to assist with their ERM strategy. The candidate will lead the groups understanding of all relevant policies as they engage in a large-scale risk transformation. This role involves creating and updating risk management policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, and preparing reports on policy effectiveness. The consultant will collaborate with various departments to integrate risk policies into business processes. This person will need to be comfortable working on several projects simultaneously, as the risk landscape frequently changes.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree
5-8 years of experience in a risk-focused role within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of all core risk concepts such as: risk appetite, risk ID, CCAR, concentration risk, second line oversight, challenge frameworks, inherent vs. residual risk, etc.
Strong understanding of regulatory policies for large banks and how it impacts risk strategies
Demonstrated success leading projects and presenting deliverables like PowerPoint presentations to a variety of audiences of stakeholders Experience working in a risk-role at a GSIB organization null
