Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Ø  Ensure compliance in process risk management and ICS design for worldwide E2E Processes in GS service scope (focus: Invoice to pay process & Suppliers’ bank data)

Ø   Enable GS process owners and ORS in implementation of risk management and ICS concept

Ø  Advise to GS process owners and GS/ORS-teams regarding risk analysis, definition of controls and monitoring procedures in assigned processes as well as for continuous improvement of ICS

Ø  Define, update and improve instructions for ICS; give consultation and trainings to GS operations and ICS auditors

Ø  Identify, define and support implementing of use cases for automation of controls and control procedures in accounting processes (incl. RPA and data analytics) incl. definition of control instruction

Ø  Regional key contact and coordinator for risk management and internal controls system topics for E2E processes in GS regions

Ø  Ensure control design implementation in assigned scope area

Ø  Prepare risk management and ICS management reporting and analysis

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Ø  University degree in Finance stream

Experience :

 

Mandatory/requires Skills :
Ø  Proficient in spoken and written English

Ø  Expert knowledge of Bosch SAP platforms and other ERP systems for logistics and accounting services

Ø   Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and Power BI reporting tools

 Proficient knowledge in financial and accounting processes
