Risk Administrator Description: PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A RISK ADMINISTRATOR POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly LOCATION: Sacramento, CA BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Profit Sharing PAY: $20-$22 RESPONSIBILITIES : + Assists the business unit with Safety, Insurance, and Risk Management projects/tasks including but not limited to: safety and environmental compliance and research, incident reporting and investigation, claim oversight, safety training resource development, DOT compliance, monitoring driving records, environmental regulations compliance, safety program research and review, fleet maintenance, GPS fleet tracking, field observation checklists/questionnaires, historical reporting, etc. + Updates, tracks, and organizes safety forms for locations. + Performs general office duties such as, answering/attending to phone calls, making copies, mailing letters and packages. + Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : + Experience in risk management, insurance, claims management, or safety is preferred; or equivalent years of education; or combination of work experience and education. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. + Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers. + Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. + Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner. + Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, SAP Easy Access, and Adobe Professional.
