What You'll Do
The Track Lead will own the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation and Change Management (DTCM) and Digital Growth & Innovation (DGI) courses under the RISE programme. The role involves strategic leadership, content oversight, close management of programme operations, and leveraging external training resources to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Key responsibilities:

achieving key programme metrics, including survey scores and overall programme
success.Lead strategic initiatives such as end-to-end content management, including curriculum
revamps, updating course module content to ensure real-world relevance, and
continuous improvement of content in partnership with trainers that deliver the
content.Source, onboard and manage relationships with a team of external and internal trainers
and coaches for content delivery and programme operations, ensuring excellence in
programme execution.Source, onboard and manage relationships with industry leaders to maintain a healthy
pipeline of Capstone project partners.Manage day-to-day programme operations including resolving learner issues,
coordinating trainers, and working closely with internal operations teams.Provide performance management feedback and guidance to trainers, coaches and
operations specialists.Continuously monitor programme effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and
reporting to senior management and stakeholders.Track and maintain overall programme budget and financial sustainability.If needed and relevant, conduct and lead training sessions for specific classes, ensuring
exceptional quality and effectiveness.Support overall business development efforts for RISE and BCG U.
What You'll Bring
8+ years of experience in consulting, project/programme management, operationsleadership or strategic roles, ideally in digital transformation, innovation or related
fieldsProven track record of managing complex initiatives, ideally within learning and
development or strategic capability-building contextsExperience in developing and/or delivering training content ideally for adult learners,
bonus if you have trained other trainersStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExperience managing external vendors, partners, or trainersDigitally fluent, comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms such as MS Office,
CRMs (e.g. Hubspot), project management (e.g. Asana, Trello, etc)Dedicated team player and take strong ownership in work
