**Your Opportunity**
Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will possess a good working knowledge of negotiation/acquisition and documentation that needs to be completed by the claimant. This position is an as needed part-time role.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
* Assists in property acquisition, negotiations.
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
* Basic understanding of right of way laws
* Knowledge of the Department of Transportation's requirements.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* Flexibility to learn new skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
**Education and Experience**
* Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
* Position will primarily work in the field.
