As a Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) Revenue Management Pack Price Architecture Senior Manager, you will develop long-term revenue growth strategy, deploy standardized omnichannel pack price framework across one or two of the LRB categories. The Revenue Management Pack Price Architecture Senior Manager will lead strategic thinking and problem solving to optimize the long-term revenue strategy for some of our biggest beverage brands (i.e., Gatorade, Pepsi, Dew, Starbucks, Lipton, Rockstar). This role will enable you to be a strategic Revenue Management thought leader, leveraging prior experiences from sales, marketing, and finance, to play a pivotal role in impacting the longer-term growth for the company. Responsibilities Create longer-term revenue management strategy through a principled approach that leverages occasion-based Pack-Price Architecture Champions alignment of the multi-year revenue growth strategy throughout the organization. Roadmap clearly outlines profitable growth opportunities in the ESP horizon balancing volume, rate, and mix. Integrates the long-term category and PepsiCo outlook through ESP processes in partnership with Integrated Business Planning and Marketing Finance Partners with Sector/division RGM teams to land channel-pack price strategy into annual plan implementation Partner with cross functional partners Sales, Marketing/Brand teams, and Insights (Consumer and DX) teams on the business problems to solve (Consumer and Customer) and provides counsel on revenue management solutions. Integrates the RGM principles in white space innovation by actively influencing innovation stage gate process to set the Omnichannel pricing for Innovation bets Identifies white space opportunity for new pack sizes to meet unmet consumer demands, capturing key price points for relevant channels/occasions. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA preferred. 5+ years of relevant CPG experience, preferably in revenue management, Sales or sales finance Preferred Qualifications: Ability to generate and synthesize insights into a compelling narrative to drive decision-making and influence stakeholder across varying levels of the organization. Ability to function effectively in a team and matrix environment Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal) Strategic thinker with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion. Digital fluency to leverage innovative technologies, systems, and tools. Excellent analytical skills to manipulate data sources into actionable insights and executable solutions.
