RFP Analyst - Merchant Services

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The RFP Analyst for Deluxe Merchant Services will draw on the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires adept project management skills, as you will coordinate with various teams within Deluxe to gather the necessary information and ensure the proposal meets all criteria and deadlines. Your efforts are instrumental in securing new business opportunities and driving organizational growth.

Comprehensively understand the requirements outlined in an RFP and craft a compelling proposal that not only addresses those needs but also showcases our organization's strengths, expertise, and capabilities.

Draft, develop, and finalize responses

Collaborate with various departments to identify appropriate subject matter experts to coordinate contributions and scope to the response

Serve as the point of contact for questions or clarification requests from the prospect or customer

Ensure the RFP submission is complete, detailed, accurate, and meets all formatting and submission requirements including timely submission and complies with all needed requirements

Implement discipline, processes, workflows, and technology to automate the proposal department

Develop and maintain a library of standard proposal responses for future reuse in the company’s RFP tool, Responsive

Coordinate the delivery of completed proposals to appropriate parties and participate in post-bid analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement in the proposal process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

Bachelors Degree AND 3 years relevant experience. OR HS/GED and 7 years relevant experience

Intermediate to advanced Word & Excel skills

Proofreading and quality control

Must be 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

Bachelors Degree in Communications or Marketing AND 5 years of proposal writing experience

Strong organizational skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently through multiple deadlines and changing priorities

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. this position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
