About the Role:
Join a cutting-edge team at the forefront of Industrial IoT innovation. As an RF/Antenna Hardware Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and validation of next-generation wireless hardware. You’ll work closely with a talented team to bring up, simulate, integrate, and validate advanced antenna and radio designs, ensuring they meet world-class performance standards.
What You’ll Do:
Support bring-up, simulation, and integration of innovative RF and antenna designsValidate wireless subsystem performance against pre-defined quality metricsAutomate RF test equipment to streamline and enhance test cyclesCollaborate with RF project leads on certification processes (U.S., Europe, and global carriers)Write and execute test plans based on detailed specificationsKey Skills & Tools:
RF hardware integration and validationAntenna design and testingVector Network Analyzer (VNA)Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Signal AnalyzerCellular technologiesPython scripting for test automationFamiliarity with 0402 componentsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with certification processes for wireless productsStrong understanding of RF test methodologies and performance metricsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
