RF Planning:

1) RF planning for sites planned in USOF Project

2) Survey report validation & finalizations of nominals for new sites proposals.

3) Pursue approvals from DOT thru central regulatory team post survey report validation & report generation'

4) Timely release of SO in coordination with Commercial, Tx planning, fiber planning and Indus teams.

Deployment:

1) CCR and CDD preparation for new sites planned in USOF project

2) Deviation approvals from DOT in nominal changes

3) Weekly reports submission to DOT / Central regulatory team

4) Monthly reports submission to DOT / Central regulatory team

5) Coordination with regulatory teams to ensure SACFA and EMF compliances of sites planned in rollout. 

Material Management:

1) Planning material projection thru MIPs for USOF rollout in coordination with planning team

2) Active material dispatch planning to sites in coordination with Indus, Ericsson & fiber deployment teams

3) Validation of nominals W.R.T. approvals received from DOT and giving go-ahead for dispatch of infra materials

4) CWIP analysis and WH stock maintenance to avoid high ageing of material @ sites and in WH

5) Responsible for coordination of CATs closure to ensure minimum CWIP

DOT meetings and Joint visits:

1) Responsible for joint visits with DOT to sites

2) Responsible for meetings with DOT and State Government as per requirement.

MIS:

1) Circulation of Project reports

2) Data preparation & circulation to central team, DOT, regulatory & State Govt as per requirement

3) Surveys allocation and follow-up of the survey proceedings and circulation of the reports.
