You will be a Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's RF Sensor Product Center (RFSPC), responsible for supporting the Integration, Test, and Evaluation needs of Antenna Integration and Test. Our team is dedicated to driving technical excellence, commonality, affordability, and producibility across multiple cross-functional and cross-program boundaries to develop novel RF Sensor Technologies.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Creating test plans based on structural and RF SME input
• Communicating clearly with test operators to ensure tests are executed correctly and on time
• Creating and maintaining test logs to track test progress and results
• Finalizing test reports, including test results, conclusions, and recommendations
• Understanding the test, its objectives, and its methodology
• Explaining test details to necessary stakeholders, including test operators, SMEs, and project managers

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave principles, including frequency conversion, amplification, and filtering.
• Experience with RF test and measurement equipment, such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Understanding of RF sensor principles and architectures.
• Previous experience with antenna design, integration, test, and calibration
• Experience with RF Over the Air Testing applications within a closed loop simulation environment (HWIL)
• Interim Secret Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of KA Band frequencies (26.5-40 GHz) and their applications (high frequency / HF)
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. HFSS, CST, WASP-Net) and CAD design tools
• Certification in antenna engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) software and programming languages, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C++
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
