Our client is seeking a Rewinder Machine Operator to join their team. As a Rewinder Machine Operator, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting the production of high-quality wire products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Rewinder Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $27.59 an hour

Shift: 11pm-7am

What's the Job?

Safely random wind wire of various sizes and types into predetermined spools and coils. Load pay-off devices, butt weld, and grind wire as per standard operating procedures. Change and maintain dies, apply lubricants, and make minor machine adjustments. Ensure proper identification and secure tying of spools, along with accurate packing and palletizing. Complete necessary forms and reports while maintaining a clean work area and equipment.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency with a micrometer, tape measure, and other inspection tools. Ability to follow standard work procedures and safety protocols. Strong organizational skills to manage materials and supplies effectively. Willingness to wear protective gear and adhere to safety regulations.
