We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
Rewards Consulting Lead
We will count on you to:
Manages client projects: prepares project charts and templates using project management tools, estimates hours for the project team, and prepares timelines for project milestones.
Serves as a primary client contact and builds relationships with clients.
Review and/or develop exhibits based on collected and calculated data comprises of understanding project components and processes.
Delegates project tasks in line with individual capability, development needs and available analyst and associate resources. Leads both internal and client project status meetings.
Oversee the development of methodology by analysts and manage small to medium engagements.
Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 8 years experience within Consulting or Human Resource (including 2-3 years experience in a people management capacity)
Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
