About the Role
Join us as Rewards, Principal at AIA Investment Management!As our Rewards, Principal, you will be a strong partner and advisor to HR counterparts and senior stakeholders on all rewards related matters. This position is responsible for aligning rewards framework & policies with LBU strategic objectives in AIAIM. The incumbent will partner closely with HRBP and other HR CoEs to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures that are aligned to the business strategy.Represent the centre of expertise on all compensation matters, provide advisory on best practices and thought leadership on the development of total rewards methodologies and approaches.Work closely with HRBP and other HR CoEs to analyse workforce trends & metrics, identify and plan for HR needs and programs to support the organization development / change efforts i.e. conduct job evaluations, anticipate & plan impact changes in rewards area. Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives as a result. Lead the annual PDD & TCR exercise including securing Board endorsement.Budget management for entire AIAIM.Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans. Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary. Manage vendor relationships, contract and purchasing processes and negotiations i.e. survey vendors.Requirements
University Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experienceAbility to conceptualize and advise at the organization wide level on the interventions, programs required in achieving business objectives.Strong business acumen - maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business performance and its competition.Strong communication & people skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong team player, analytical, ability to think independently and be proactive.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines such as compensation, recognition, organizational diagnosis, union relations, performance management, and employment law.Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of stakeholders.Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues.Believe in better with AIA.
