As a Reward and Industrial Relations Specialist, you’ll support the Reward Managers and Head of Reward in delivering clear, effective reward plans and processes. You’ll use data to guide decision making and ensure salary reviews, bonus plans, and changes are handled accurately and on time.
You'll also play an important role in supporting industrial relations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to handle queries and support maintaining positive relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the salary review process, bonus plans, and ad-hoc reward changes accurately and on time
Supporting union related queries and helping deliver the wider industrial relations (IR) plan
Providing accurate data to help teams manage their reward budgets effectively
Supporting divisional areas with operational reward activity over 3–6 month planning cycles
Ensuring work is delivered within budget and receiving strong feedback from stakeholders
About you
You’re highly analytical, detail focused, and great at using data to support decision making. You know how to build strong relationships and can confidently work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in a Reward Specialist or broader HR role
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience building complex Excel models
Great attention to detail and the ability to interpret data clearly
A collaborative and credible approach - people trust and value your input
An understanding of reward, finance, and industrial relations (or a willingness to grow this)
The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
Experience working in industrial relations
