iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Reward & Performance Analyst VIE within our Rewards & Performance team, you’ll work directly with the senior functional leaders responsible for the delivery of the compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs in the region, in addition to supporting inter regional and global Reward & Performance (R&P) initiatives. You will also actively contribute to cross-functional project teams or working groups on R&P or broader HR-related initiatives and serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors and service providers.

Main responsibilities:

Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve Reward & Performance (R&P) policies, processes, and tools.Coordinate and conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Provide relevant R&P data, reports, and metrics to the P&C (People and Culture) or Business teams to support decision-making.Actively contribute to and potentially lead the annual compensation review process for countries in South Central Europe, including variable pay programs, performance evaluations, goal setting, and the employee share purchase plan.Design and deliver information sessions and training for managers and employees on R&P-related topics.Act as a primary point of contact for R&P-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate support to employees and managers.Train the People & Culture (P&C) teams in Central & South Europe on R&P frameworks, systems, and best practices.Support and deliver global R&P projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals for their implementation in the geography.

About you

Experience:

Prior experience related to this position would be of value.International experience would be a plus.

Soft and technical skills:

Ability to learn new technologies and systems (knowledge of Workday is only a plus).Interested in social media and communication.Team player, strong ability to communicate effectively, curious, willing to learn.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets with ease and accuracy.Results-oriented – ability to plan and prioritize activities, work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines.Hands on with ability to work autonomously and under guidance.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills).

Education:

Master’s degree in a role related field.
 

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal), other languages would be a plus.
