Location: Canada, TorontoTarget start date: 01/11/2025iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Reward & Performance Analyst VIE in our Reward & Performance team you will work directly with the senior functional leaders responsible for the delivery of the compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs in the region, in addition to supporting inter regional and global Reward & Performance (R&P) initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
Support administration of multiple annual compensation programs (annual cycle, stock programs, pay equity program, etc.).Lead or support market pricing initiative for region (match jobs to survey jobs, survey submission, survey data analysis, etc.).Support region pay range analysis and modification. Conduct compensation reviews across region.Conduct job evaluations in partnership with People Excellence (PE) Centre of Excellence (COE) as assigned.Contribute to continued upskilling and education of People Excellence COE and Talent Acquisition COE on reward topics and conduct training sessions as assigned.Learn about and administer Canada healthcare/retirement and Sanofi Canada benefits. Manage vendor relationships and partner to improve service levels.Analyze and evaluate process for improvement and efficiency gains. Assist with day-to-day operations of Canada benefits.Partner with vendors and People Excellence COE to resolve employee benefit escalations.Submit/approve the monthly pension contributions for payment. Submit monthly carrier remittances for Health & Welfare benefits administrator.Assist or lead with annual Health & Welfare open enrolment and annual benefits fair.
About you
Experience:
International experience is a plus.Soft and Technical skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills).Knowledge of Workday is required.High level of confidence and understanding in technologies and systems.Strong ability to communicate effectively.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets with ease and accuracy.Results-oriented – ability to plan and prioritize activities, work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Team player with ability to work autonomously under guidance.Good multitasking skills, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality.Ability to tackle challenges and bring structure into activities.Interested in social media and communication.Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a role related field.Languages:
