Reward Governance Analyst
Join our Remuneration Governance and Regulation team, as part of our Global Reward department, who are responsible for the delivery of high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations. You will support the team by monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures and market benchmarking. You will draft clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies, in addition to advising on and managing compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.

This role will see you work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders (including Investor Relations, Risk Management and Finance) on various year-end processes in preparation of the Remuneration Report which is published annually as part of the annual report. Your role will include the preparation of materials to support the Board in their engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies in the lead-up to the AGM.
What you offer

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting or remuneration related role, with proven ability to work under pressure and against exacting timelines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly, in addition to demonstrable experience in producing high-quality, professional documentation. High level of numeracy and a strong interest in working with numerical data coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making. Experienced user of core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred. Prior experience of remuneration regulation within the financial services sector would be advantageous, as would prior experience in supporting the preparation of board papers.
