Reward Advisor

Job Description:

Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals

Job Summary
As a Rewards Advisor you will provide HR solutions & tools expertise in compliance with the Airbus strategy for national and/or international labor, taxes, social security legislations and Airbus HR policies. You will ensure the design and implement the payroll, time, administrative solutions, benefits and collective remuneration and associated processes in line with national/ legal evolutions and needs for improvement & simplification.
 

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM  

You will be the key focal point for admin queries from employees and managers, ensuring response within a timely manner and escalating as necessary

You will manage Invoice and Purchase Order processing, competing checks to ensure accuracy and processing within the agreed timescales. Liaising with Payroll, Accounts Payable and suppliers as appropriate

Dealing with sensitive data with a high level of discretion (eg salary information, medical, etc)

Ongoing ad hoc support to the Reward Manager


ABOUT YOU

Experience comparing reports/data with strong attention to detail and focus on data quality

Query response management and ability to problem solve

Experience liaising with employees and managers - for example, ability to create and share appropriate communication pieces, utilising suitable channels.
