Position: Occupational Therapist-Revital

Location: 1725 W Harrison St, Suite 440, Chicago, IL- 60612

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation:  $72,000 - $10,000 annually, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is looking for an occupational therapist with a passion for treating the oncology rehabilitation population. CLT is preferred, or interest in obtaining CLT.  Rush physical therapy has the revital cancer rehab program with continuing education and mentorship opportunities. Our clinic has occupational, physical, and speech therapists on site and provide opportunity for collaboration.

Minimum:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in occupational therapyCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practiceCPR certified
