Location: Downers Grove, Illinois
We are seeking a skilled Revit Technician to join our Reality Capture & BIM team on a 3–4 month contract starting in September, with the potential for extension. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile commercial remodeling projects across sectors such as restaurants, grocery, fuel and convenience stores, retail, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert point cloud survey data into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit modelsDocument building systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbingPrepare and perform quality checks on Revit deliverablesCollaborate with project teams to maintain BIM standards and workflowsCreate organized reports and digital documentationEnsure precision and professionalism in all project detailsSupport additional production tasks as neededQualifications:
Strong proficiency in Revit and construction document productionExperience with commercial construction projectsSolid drafting, design, and architectural skillsPreferred:
Degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of Revit experience in an architectural firm (2+ years preferred)Proven experience working on commercial projectsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
