In the role of Review Site Manager, this individual will lead our presence across third-party review platforms such as G2, TrustRadius, and Gartner Peer Insights. This role is critical in shaping how prospects, customers, and candidates perceive UKG through the lens of peer feedback. The ideal candidate is a digital reputation expert who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, customer advocacy, and analytics.

They will partner closely with cross-functional teams to amplify customer sentiment, address feedback with empathy and precision, and turn insights into action. If you’re passionate about building trust at scale and influencing buying decisions through authentic voices, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Own execution across B2B product review platforms (e.g., G2, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights).
• Develop and manage a proactive review generation program in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality, timely reviews from advocates.
• Monitor and respond to reviews with professionalism and brand-aligned messaging, ensuring timely engagement.
• Analyze review trends and sentiment to uncover actionable insights for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
• Create and deliver executive-level reporting on review site insights, performance, and benchmarking; host quarterly stakeholder meetings to present findings, align on trends, and recommend strategic actions across key teams.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices to ensure our brand maintains a competitive edge.
• Support influencer and partnership initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of experience managing B2B product and/or employer review platforms in a SaaS or enterprise environment. • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the role of peer reviews in decision-making.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice.
• Proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategy and storytelling.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, HR, and customer-facing teams.   Preferred Qualifications
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to thoughtfully respond to feedback in a way that reflects our values, strengthens trust, and supports a our amazing brand experience.

This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
