Job Description:
Revenues Management Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversees customer invoicing process across Operations, Sales and Finance and Administration, to ensure all activities are invoiced at the correct pricing•Proactively connect with Sales, Key Accounts, Operations, and Finance to ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction•Proactively identify revenue leakage situations as well as areas of suboptimal margin and incorrect pricing by process analysis, data analysis, interviews and shop floor reviews•Structural and continuous improvement of process, systems and organization from pricing to invoicing, including operations, sales and finance •Conduct detailed financial analysis and performance monitoring on revenue and profitability •Identify and report to P&L owner and Sales opportunities for improvement, and mitigate risks•Create and maintain customer P&L’s and necessary profitability and revenue reporting•Contribute to revenue forecasts and annual budgets in alignment with Business and SalesKnowledge
•Strong financial knowledge: P&L key lines, forecasting, budgeting •Business Process re-engineering •Excel and financial systems proficiencyStrong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
Track record
•Site or platform P&L ownership – preferred•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.•Proven experience (>5 years) in revenue management or financial analysis, also outside Logistics sector•Experience in pharma Logistics / Transportation in Finance or Operations
