The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Revenue Strategy and Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for setting pricing strategies based on hotel and market demand, competitor analysis, data, and forecasting. Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Optimize room revenue and profitability achieved through effective pricing and inventory control aligned with market demand and competitor analysisMaximize exposure and profitability from all distribution channels, effectively leveraging brand systems and managing OTA relationshipsSupport financial accuracy and strategic decision-making by developing reliable short- and long-term revenue forecastsDrive strategic decisions facilitated by comprehensive analysis and clear reporting on key performance indicatorsForesee market trends, proactively adjust strategies, capitalize on revenue opportunities, and communicate each area effectively

More about youBachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred OR relevant revenue management experience required.Branded hotel revenue management experience requiredProgressive property management experience and/or hotel operations experience preferredExperience with revenue management systems (i.e. IDeaS, Duetto, N2Pricing) Excellent communication and presenting skillsAbility to work hybrid or 100% remote if outside the Buffalo, NY area
