Overview
This role is critical in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency for the organization. Responsible for leading efforts of cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle and launch on key company initiatives. Will additionally play an active role in onboarding and mentoring less-experienced team members.
Responsibilities
+ Acts as the point analyst responsible for large-sized initiatives. Demonstrates comprehension of task, itemization of deliverables, estimation and planning of scope, and updates against delivery. Operates with independence on initiatives. Demonstrates high competency and quality in deliverables.
+ Leads projects and initiatives with limited oversight from leadership while providing direction and guidance to junior team members. Demonstrates ability to delegate to peers and hold a group accountable for achieving shared outcomes.
+ Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external teams serving as a key-contributor and accountable party on projects, research assignments, and similar.
+ Influences culture within the department. Acts a leader on the team to inspire, guide, and coach junior team members. Participates in recruiting
+ Stays up to date with technologies within our prescribed technology stack and demonstrate an understanding of key capabilities and makes recommendations to maximize ROI
+ Mentors and coaches Senior Revenue Operations Support Analysts and Senior Revenue Operations Analysts.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology - Preferred
+ 3 years of experience in Technical or system-oriented role.
+ 3 years of experience in Salesforce or alternate CRM experience.
+ 3 years of experience in Paychex or related industry experience.
+ CRM Certification - Preferred
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $70K - $125K. This range does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
