Revenue Operations Manager

What you'll do As a Revenue Operations Manager, your responsibilities include supporting a number of Sales teams, including but not limited to, deal structure, order processing, and compensation calculations, while ensuring orders are in compliance to revenue amp; company policy. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations. Responsibility Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Recognition teams on contract structuring and negotiations Guide Sales teams through the deal lifecycle, providing support on complex billing issues and customer inquiries Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring all contracts and documentation comply with company revenue policies Conduct daily and monthly compliance audits and manage the credit memo process Analyze quote-to-cash workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and providing cross-training for peers and other teams Resolve operational escalations using seasoned judgment and knowledge of company policies Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years’ of customer order management or sales support experience in the technology industry Preferred Advanced Salesforce.com expertise Contract structuring and commission calculation experience Process improvement or project management experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical abilities Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Business acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects Resilience and a positive attitude in high-pressure team environments Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
