Job Description The Manager Revenue Operations for Billing is tasked with overseeing and optimizing billing operations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of billing processes, while leading a team to execute timely invoicing and resolve discrepancies. They will collaborate with various departments to support seamless financial operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader with analytical skills and experience in billing management and process optimization to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-level variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in billable volumes across locations Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment between billing data, forecasts, and financial targets Oversee the month -end reconciliation process, ensuring accurate billing records before closing periods Act as the primary point of contact for regional billing operations, ensuring smooth communication between billing analysts, finance teams, and operational manager.
