Revenue Operations Business Partner

As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will be instrumental in optimizing pipeline management, refining territory design strategies, and directly supporting sales leadership. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and sales teams to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve sales efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your ability to analyze data, design scalable processes, and support leadership decision-making will be essential in driving revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

Pipeline Management & Health Monitoring: Analyze sales funnel data to assess pipeline health, track conversion rates, and provide insights on deal progression. Ensure pipeline integrity by identifying stalled opportunities, forecast gaps, and potential risk factors impacting revenue targets.   

Deal Risk Assessment: Evaluate key risk indicators associated with deals, including deal age, competitive threats, pricing concessions, and customer engagement levels.  Assess deal viability and recommend corrective actions. 

Sales Leadership Support: Build positive relationships and act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, collaborating closely to understand their needs and align solutions with business objectives.    

Territory Design: Develop data-driven territory strategies to optimize coverage, maximize revenue potential, and align sales resources effectively. Lead territory planning exercises, incorporating customer segmentation, historical performance analysis, and future growth projections. 

What You’ll Need: 

6-10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline. 

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). 

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. 

Proven ability to translate data insights into operational improvements. 

Experience working with leadership to support strategic decision-making. 

Highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$119,625.00 - $150,875.00
