YOUR IMPACT
Join our Revenue Operations Team and support the systems and processes that drive our customer, partner, and sales success. In this role, you’ll help ensure operational efficiency by managing data, resolving complex issues, processing product and pricing updates, and supporting the sales organization with a focus on process excellence.
Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will also act as a key liaison to corporate operations, billing, and pricing teams, while providing critical support to the SVP and broader sales teams.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Gain deep expertise in sales operations tools, processes, and systems (e.g., configuration, quoting, forecasting, rebooking)Develop a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and product offeringsTroubleshoot system and process inefficiencies and propose long-term solutionsManage complex product configurations and pricing scenarios with accuracyEnsure clean and accurate system data in collaboration with sales teamsProvide operational support and insights to improve sales process excellenceWork cross-functionally with billing, pricing, and corporate operations teamsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales support or revenue operationsStrong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to communicate clearly and collaborate across functions
