Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will leverage data and analytics to drive operational efficiency, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and improve overall operational workflows. Own the design and execution of revenue forecasting models and pipeline analysis. Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation strategies. Manage CRM and related systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of deals, leads, and customer interactions. Assist in evaluating and implementing tools that support the revenue lifecycle and improve performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on revenue optimization strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Excel, Looker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working with large datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across departments. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sales compensation planning or GTM strategy. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). Knowledge of SQL or data querying languages is a plus.#LI-REMOTE
