Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead and develop advanced analytical models and tools for Pricing and Pack & Price within the RGM pillars at PMF, driving precise and dynamic decision-making. Overseeing a team of three Senior Coordinators to execute key modeling initiatives. This role will build and inplement forward-looking strategies to optimize Net Revenue, Market Share, and Profit growth by refining pricing and portfolio architectures. It will also manage internal and external agendas across LATAM and global teams, ensuring alignment with regional market needs. Additionally, this role will drive the adoption of Pricing and Pack & Price processes, develop best-in-class analytics, and implement strategic tools that support PepsiCo Mexico Futuro's long-term growth agenda Your Impact As Revenue Mgmt Manager your scope would consist of: Drive the evolution of the Revenue Management capabilities agenda through digitalization and the development of robust internal analytical tools, including OBPA and Segmentation analysis, and data lake incorporation. Strengthen partnerships with global and LATAM teams to integrate external solutions such as Pricing AI and Promo AI, enhancing strategic decision-making and business impactGuide cross-channel models agenda, ensuring the development, implementation, and correct execution of strategies across all channels. Drive digitalization, manage agendas with LATAM, global teams, and internal stakeholders to support PepsiCo Mexico’s future agenda, focusing on improving analytics, tools, and processes while ensuring scalability and growth. Play a key leadership role in driving strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on aligning business objectives and processes across multiple teams. This role demands strong management skills and extensive engagement with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, influence decision-making, and drive impactful outcomes. Lead the Pricing and Pack & Price postmortem agenda by driving strategic pricing decisions through price elasticity analysis and consumer response evaluation. Enhance RGM KPIs by measuring the business impact of Pack & Price initiatives, ensuring data-driven optimizations for sustainable growth. Drive the Revenue Management (RevMan) agenda, ensuring effective implementation and cross-functional alignment for seamless execution. Continuously enhance RevMan models and transition PMF models in-house to RevMan, driving greater integration and analytical capabilities. Enable E2E solution deployment by bridging model development, business translation, execution, and process adoption. Ensure seamless integration between tools and stakeholders to maximize business value. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Experience required: 4-6 years experience in Data & Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence Some experience in Revenue Management (optional) Experience leading high performing teams and talent development Strong communication and negotiation skills Manage multiple projects, demonstrate strong leadership, and ensure effective team coordination. Background in Actuarial Science, economics or mathematical experience is preferred. Strong Data Scientist specialization Strong mathematical and statistical/econometrical skills Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills (Python, R Studio knowledge, SQL intermediate, Alteryx, DAX). Solid database management Ability to effectively utilize data from multiple data sources to draw insights and drive decisions Strong ability to think long-term and align RGM goals with company objectives. Proficiency in analyzing data, generating insights, and making informed decisions.
