p class="MsoNormal"> CRR Hospitality is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization across its growing portfolio of luxury RV Resorts and Manufactured Housing Neighborhoods. Founded in 2018, CRR Hospitality has quickly established itself as a premier developer and operator of lifestyle destinations, starting with the successful launch of its flagship resort in Camp Verde, Arizona in 2019. Since then, the company has expanded both its footprint and its reputation, evolving from an owner-operator into a trusted industry partner known for delivering high-quality experiences and operational excellence. The Revenue Manager plays a critical role in optimizing income across all revenue streams including nightly RV stays, long-term stays, cabin rentals, events, and storage rentals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing performance data, forecasting demand, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Optimization · Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies for RV resorts, manufactured home rentals/sales, car wash, and storage units across the CRR Hospitality portfolio. · Implement revenue management systems and tools to monitor and adjust rates in real time based on market trends, demand patterns, and occupancy. · Conduct regular pricing audits and competitive benchmarking across all locations. · Participate, and lead budgeting and forecasting top line revenues, analysis, etc. · Recommend and analyze new revenue management techniques, software, processes. · Conduct and lead Revenue Meetings · Expert at OTA sites, Glamping Data Analysis & Forecasting · Analyze occupancy trends, seasonal fluctuations, guest behaviors, and local market dynamics to forecast revenue and set rate strategies. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and unit turnover across all business segments. Cross Departmental Collaboration · Work closely with above property leadership team, marketing, sales, operations, and on-site leadership teams to align strategies and promotions with revenue goals. · Provide training and guidance to property-level associates on pricing strategies, upselling, and demand management. Market & Competitor Intelligence · Monitor local and regional competitors for pricing trends, promotions, and inventory shifts. · Maintain an awareness of economic and industry trends that impact pricing and demand. · Assist and participate with marketing efforts of the properties, RV, Glamping · Attend conferences, trade shows, events, and conferences as needed Reporting & Performance Monitoring · Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. · Track and analyze promotional campaign effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements. · Expert in systems in software Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of revenue management experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-property real estate. Experience with RMS, PMS, or self-storage revenue systems (e.g., SiteLink, Yardi, CampSpot, or similar platforms) is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and quantitative skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. · Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Other · Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information, demonstrating discretion and professionalism in all interactions and documentation. · Works a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. · Performs other duties as assigned.
