What will you do?

Situación HOTEL. Dar seguimiento diario de los principales KPI’s.Análisis de los ingresos, % ocupación, ADR/ TRevPOR vs LW, AA, PPTO.Control del pick up diario/semanal, disponibilidad del inventario (Power BI y PMS hotel).Comparar la evolución del booking speed vs AA (histórico) vs LW (semana anterior).Ratio de cancelaciones (altas vs bajas). No Shows. Controlar la correcta aplicación de las políticas de CXL.Estimar FORECAST mensual en base a la demanda esperada. dar seguimiento al CUMPLIMIENTO del objetivo de Ingresos Presupuestados.Análisis del estado de las ventas por canal, segmentos, mercados y clientes.Análisis de las ventas por tipo de habitación, régimen y estancias.Análisis y seguimiento sobre la evolución de la venta de CANAL PROPIO y principales cuentas online & offline. Dar seguimiento al OBJETIVO de cuota/producción por CANAL.Realizar un informe semanal detallado de Revenue por hotel donde se incluyen alertas, oportunidades y propuestas con el fin de optimizar la venta.En colaboración con el Channel Manager, revisar el posicionamiento del hotel en los canales online y paridad vs compset. Controlar que los precios sean competitivos.Control de las ofertas y campañas aplicadas y análisis de los resultados y rentabilidad de cada una.Conocer y dar seguimiento al Plan de Marketing del hotel.Junto Dirección hotel y Equipo Comercial definir/planificar los Travel Ads de Expediay Booking.com.Introducir y dar seguimiento a través de la herramienta DerbySoft.Utilización de las diferentes herramientas de análisis (Power BI, STR, Bistro, Price Seeker, Analytics de Booking y Expedia, Review Pro).Participación en las reuniones comerciales semanales para definir y revisar las estrategias tácticas según demanda y situación del hotel.Según necesidad del hotel, elaborar las propuestas de ofertas offline y gestión de tarifas online.Según necesidad del hotel, elaborar el tarifario o ayudar en la elaboración de los tarifarios.Según necesidad del hotel, definir los cambios de tarifa y stay restrictions en los canales online y supervisar la activación de los mismos.Según necesidad del hotel, participar en el cierre mensual.
