Revenue Manager

**JOB SUMMARY**
Provides operation company (OpCo) level leadership for margin and pricing routines and management. Works in partnership with operation company (OpCo) leaders (Sales, Merch, and Finance) to optimize revenue and margin results, embed pricing and margin routines, conduct analysis to provide strategic recommendations and tailor market strategy to the operating company (OpCo) in order to optimize revenue and margin.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
+ Executes all phases of Revenue Management initiatives in the operation company (OpCo), including but not limited to tailoring market strategy for sales rep cost, customer price and deals
+ Works as a primary influencer for all pricing and margin related routines and actions
+ Implements key policy and technology changes at the operation company (OpCo), train key personnel, and is accountable for the operation company (OpCo) wide execution
+ Supports and engages with merchandising leaders to set pricing and margin thresholds for the operation company (OpCo)
+ Collaborates with operation company (OpCo) leadership to develop appropriate solutions, aligned with market and corporate strategies, to address business challenges
+ Drives alignment with operation company (OpCo) leadership on approaches to successfully execute initiatives and analyzes trends and develop a strategy at the operation company (OpCo) level to optimize revenue and margin
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics required (MBA/CPA and preferred)
**Experience**
At least 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Management, Sales or Finance/Merchandising role OR
**Skills**
Organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge of financial reporting software
**Decision Making Authority**
Most important decisions made fully independently:
+ Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
+ Play a key role in the annual AOP process
Most important decisions made with review and approval of other individuals or supervisors (include the reviews/approvals required):
+ Participate in the recruiting and training of finance associates
+ Responsible for performance management and development of finance associates
