**Description:** **Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role:** + Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. + Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risks + Integrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owners, and shareholder expectations + Provide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory management + Review distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidance + Monitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channels + Actively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plans + Review monthly forecast room, events, and other revenue streams with the Hotel Leadership Committee + Work with Digital, Loyalty Program, Analytics, and other Marketing Departments to ensure that all opportunities to increase RevPar are maximized **Qualifications:** **Qualification:** + Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management.
