Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role:
Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risksIntegrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owners, and shareholder expectationsProvide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory managementReview distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidanceMonitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channelsActively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plansReview monthly forecast room, events, and other revenue streams with the Hotel Leadership CommitteeWork with Digital, Loyalty Program, Analytics, and other Marketing Departments to ensure that all opportunities to increase RevPar are maximizedDuties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role:

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset.Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Revenue Executive, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.Strategic orientation, as well as good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, are a must.Strong Excel skills, inclusive of reporting, presenting, and chartingStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrategic orientation, as well as good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, are a must.Qualification:
