Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, running and supervising the daily on-property Revenue Management processes for the hotel, setting & executing pricing strategy, inventory management, Group block management, and conducting meetings such as Group Business Review, Group Pickup and Revenue Strategy Meetings.

Oversee daily Revenue Management processes for the hotel such as running & distribution of reports, pricing and inventory managementManage Definite Groups, including:Complete the Group ForecastCreate Group Plug forecast (based on rooms and meeting space availability)Review and Update Definite group wash weekly for monthly forecastsPresent Group forecast to DOSM/DORM/DOSEvaluate and Approve requests for additional rooms from Sales, Event Managers and Group DSAsEnsure accuracy of Turnovers / Addendums turned by Group DeskConduct Group Pickup Meeting and assist and direct Analyst on managing the daily group cut-offsOversee Group Strategy, including:Review, analyze and edit MARs, Transient Protected and IDeaS Group Pricing seasonsProvide Group Displacement Analysis and Follow Up for Outstanding Business Review decisionsParticipate and Provide Analytics for Daily Business Review. Run the meeting in the absence of the DORMAttend and participate in Revenue Meeting, and run the meeting in the absence of the DORMMonitor IDeaS G3 to approve recommended rates, length-of-stay patterns, and Demand analysis; review with DORM & DOSM.Incorporate data from TravelClick BI tools into hotel’s Revenue StrategiesAnalyze Weekly and Monthly STAR Reports and apply lessons learned to future months and yearsImplement “13th Month” strategies so that inventory rolling into the 365-day booking window is selling with the correct rates and restrictionsImplement Special Event strategies as necessaryApprove Favor Rate requestsAssist with monthly Forecast and annual BudgetAssist with renovation displacement scenariosAssist in Management and development of Revenue AnalystLiaise with the Front Desk on Upsell strategyChampion Revenue Management thinking and processes across all departments in the hotelAd-hoc analysis as necessaryCover DORM duties in their absence (with support from RDORM and CDORM)Attends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions.Your Experience Includes:
Experience: Previous Hotel Revenue Management experienceA thorough understanding of Hotel Operations, either through education or through prior work experience.Analytical thinker; able to break down complex situations, analyze, explain, and suggest strategy ideas & changes/improvements to senior leadershipExcellent computer skills; advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft ExcelMust have excellent written and oral English communication skills and telephone etiquette skillsMust be able to type 25+ wpmMust be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, if requiredPrevious hotel operations experiencePrevious supervisory experienceProficient with Opera PMS, Delphi.fdc and IDeaS G3 (or equivalent systems).Education: College degree in Hospitality Management or related equivalent experience.Who You’ll Supervise:
