About the Role:

As a Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing and improving revenue-related processes within the BayCare system. This role requires a high level of analytical skill, healthcare finance knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and interpret data related to revenue operations and make strategic recommendationsDevelop, enhance, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and forecasting toolsMonitor trends in reimbursement, payer activity, and utilization to identify risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, revenue cycle, and clinical departmentsSupport regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, and internal audits as neededAssist in the development and implementation of revenue-related policies and proceduresLead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldPreferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration

Experience:

Required: 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or reimbursement analyticsPreferred: Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization/reporting tools
